Each year, the AWE Summit Scholarship Foundation celebrates the inspiring achievements of women and non-binary mountaineers with their Women of Mountaineering wall calendar. This calendar highlights individuals who are breaking down barriers in the mountains, whether through personal accomplishments or supporting others in the mountaineering community.

For the 2025 edition, mountaineer Nancy Wachira was selected as the cover feature. Her summit shot from Mount Elbrus in Russia received the most votes among three finalists, earning her the honor of gracing the calendar’s cover.
